Organizations that submit notifications
Organizations that submit notifications must have a valid EORI number when being added to the system.
Agent
Select this role when the organization acts on behalf of another organization and manages port call notifications for its principal, for example on behalf of a vessel owner.
Ship owner
Select this role when the organization is responsible for operating a vessel and submits port call notifications only for its own vessels. This role is suitable for shipping companies, vessel owners, charterers, or operators.
Organizations that do not submit notifications
Port user
Select this role when the organization supervises and manages activities within the port area, such as vessel arrivals and departures, berth allocation, and port security obligations.
A Port user has access to information in the system but is not responsible for submitting port call notifications. However, the Port user's details may be included in vessel-related notifications.
.
Actions after being added to NEMO
Once access has been granted, you will have organization administrator rights and responsibility for ensuring that the organization's information in NEMO is accurate and up to date.
Complete the Organization Information and Invite Users
Go to the Organization Administration page to review and complete the organization's information.
