Joining an Organization

You can join one or more organizations in NEMO. The joining process depends on whether you are already a user of another organization.

Prerequisites

To join an organization, you will need:

• An email invitation from an organization administrator, containing a verification code
• Authentication through the Suomi.fi service

⚠️ Please note: The verification code included in the invitation email is valid for 72 hours (3 days) from receipt. If the invitation expires before you complete the joining process, ask the administrator to send a new invitation.

How to join an organization for the first time

This applies when you are not yet a user of any organization in NEMO.

1. Open the link in the invitation email. The link opens the NEMO organization joining page.
2. Copy the verification code from the invitation email into the joining page.
3. Complete the required information.
4. After successfully joining, you will be redirected to the organization's home page.

You can now use NEMO according to the user type and access rights group assigned to you.

How to join an organization when you are already a user of another organization

This applies when you are already a user of an organization in NEMO and want to join an additional organization.

1. Open the Menu, select the organization list, and click Join or add organization.
2. Enter your email address, paste the verification code, and accept the electronic communications terms.
3. Click Join.
4. After successfully joining, you will be redirected to the organization's home page.

You can now use NEMO according to the user type and access rights group assigned to you.
