Organization Management

Organization Management

Organization Management is a centralized view in the web user interface used to manage organizational information, users, permissions, and technical and operational connections with other organizations and systems.

An organization administrator (admin) can view and update the following information and settings.

Organization

Update basic information: name, contact details and identifiers (e.g. EORI number).

Users

Invite new users and manage user access rights.

Permission Groups

Create and manage permissions by group.

API

Configure and manage interface connections between systems.

Prerequisites

Organization Management is available when you are signed in to NEMO, have selected an organization account (if multiple accounts are available), and have organization administrator (admin) permissions.

Organization administrators are responsible for ensuring that the organization's information and access rights are always accurate and up to date. NEMO does not automatically detect incorrect or outdated information and does not notify users of such issues.

Organization information forms part of the header information of port call notifications (MAI). Incorrect or incomplete information may cause problems with the receipt or processing of notifications by the authorities.

Accessing Organization Management

  1. Open the Menu menu from the main navigation (top-right corner on desktop, bottom-right corner on mobile) and select Organization Management.
  2. By default, the Organization view is displayed. Navigate between the different management views to review the organization's information, users, permission groups, and interface connections.
