ATA Notification of Actual Arrival

ATA Notification of Actual Arrival

Confirming the Actual Arrival

Complete the ATA notification only after the vessel has actually arrived at the port and all required arrival-related notifications have been submitted.

The DUE and NOA notifications must be submitted before the ATA notification.

The NOA notification must include the official confirmation of the arrival notification in the Declarant statement  DE-003-07 field.

After the ATA notification has been submitted:

  • the port call can no longer be cancelled
  • previously submitted notifications can no longer be deleted

In addition, any fairway dues decision and invoice will become available on the Fairway Dues Calculation page.
