Submit the ATD notification only after the vessel has actually departed from the port and all required departure-related notifications have been submitted.

The NOD notification must be submitted before the ATD notification.

The NOD notification must include the official confirmation of the departure notification in the Declarant statement, coded field.

After the ATD notification has been been submitted:

• the port call can no longer be cancelled
• previously submitted notifications can no longer be deleted

After the ATD notification has been submitted, the port call is considered completed.

Complete this field if you need to provide additional information related to the notification that cannot be entered elsewhere.For example, you may provide additional information concerning the vessel's actual departure, departure from the berth, weighing anchor, or other operational information related to the completion of the port call.

If you have no additional information to provide, leave the field empty. Do not repeat information that has already been entered in other fields.

Date and time of departure – actual  DE-023-03

Enter the actual date and time when the vessel has cast off from the berth (last line) or weighed anchor (anchor aweigh) at the outer anchorage.

If the actual departure time differs from the previously reported ETD by more than two hours, update the information immediately by submitting a new NOD notification.
